Odell Beckham Jr. gave LSU softball a video pep talk for the Women’s College World Series

LSU is competing in the Women’s College World Series, and before the Tigers’ game against Florida in the winner’s bracket on Friday, they shared awesome videos that alumni have sent to encourage them.

One of those alums is Giants wide receiver and three-time Pro Bowler Odell Beckham Jr. He gave the team a nice pep talk:

“National championship, here we come, Lady Tigers. What’s up, it’s Odell here. I just wanted to wish ya’ll the best of luck. I know ya’ll where the underdog, but you kept fighting and fighting because that’s what we do. I’d love to see the Tigers win this. Ya’ll go ahead and bring it home, man.”

Here are the other alums included in the video below:

Former NFL defensive end and 2003 BCS national champ Marcus Spears; former LSU pitcher, and 2004 WCWS champ and MVP Kristin Schmidt; and former MLB infielder and 1993 CWS champ Todd Walker.

Astros infielder Alex Bregman also sent the Tigers a hilarious but motivational good luck video.

“Ladies, ya’ll have been to Oklahoma City before, you know what you’re doing. You’re going there to kick some ass. Do what Tigers do and win. Win today. Let’s go, LSU.”

This is the third straight year that the Tigers have competed in the Women’s College World Series.
