After teasing the Moto E4 Plus multiple times over the past few days, Lenovo-owned Motorola has finally sent out invites for its launch event. The company is set to introduce the Moto E4 Plus on July 12 in India. This is the higher-end variant of the Moto E4 that packs a massive 5000mAh battery with 10W rapid charging. Both of these smartphones were unveiled by the company last month and sport a metal unibody design, upgraded CPU, and run on the latest Android version out of the box.
The Moto E4 Plus incorporates a 5.5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixel resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone harbours a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor that comes in 2GB and 3GB RAM variants. The 2GB RAM option is paired with 16GB internal storage, whereas the 3GB RAM variant comes with 32GB storage. The smartphone also comes preloaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with stock Android user interface on top.
In terms of imaging, the Moto E4 Plus features a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, while the front-facing shooter is 5 megapixel and accompanied by an LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. However, looking at the primary features of the upcoming Moto E4 Plus, the device is the first in the Moto E series lineup to possess a fingerprint sensor and water repellent coating. It also has 4G VoLTE support, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The smartphone comes in Iron Grey, Fine Gold, and Oxford Blue options. The device will be exclusively launched on Flipkart, with the pricing and other details should be known to us on July 13.
