Micromax Bharat 5 Pro with 5.2-inch HD Display and 5,000mAh Battery Launched at Rs 7,999

 

Micromax has launched a new lower mid-range smartphone in India under its Bharat lineup of devices. Its called the Micromax Bharat 5 Pro. The main highlighting feature of the Bharat 5 Pro is its 21 day long battery life, all thanks to the large 5,000mAh Li-Poly cell on the inside.

The Indigenous smartphone brand is well known among consumers for producing devices with long battery life. Apparently, Micromax was the first company to introduce a phone a month long battery life. To make full use of the large 5,000mAh battery inside the Micromax Bharat 5 Pro, the company has provided the device with reverse charging capability via the USB OTG port. So you can basically use the smartphone as a makeshift power bank.

 

The Micromax Bharat 5 Pro comes with a 5.2 inch HD IPS display and is powered by a octa-core Mediatek processor. Apart from that, the Bharat 5 Pro is among the rare few budget devices to come with a Face Unlock feature.
