The Lakers’ Julius Randle has been doing work this offseason. Amoila Cesar, a trainer who has been working with Randle, showed off the incredible results on Tuesday (h/t Silver Screen & Roll).
We just hit a little over 3 weeks and @juliusrandle30 has already shown improvements in body composition and performance!! I’m having a proud moment right now but this is only the beginning. It all starts with a healthy mind, body and soul!
That all happened in less than a month with Cesar, who has a site with workout plans that are “meant to tap into your inner energy aiming to release your physical and psychological toughness.”

The Lakers and their fans should be extremely happy about this. It shows that Randle was serious when he said he wanted to come back as a “beast” next season in his exit interview in April.
There has also been other fitness news for the Lakers. ICYMI: They announced that they’ve hired celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to develop a new strength and conditioning program for the team, per the Associated Press. Peterson most notably trained the Kardashians and recently told TMZ that “the new Lakers will be very different from what people are expecting.”
