Damian Lillard shut down fan who tried to criticize LeBron James’ NBA Finals record on Twitter

On some days, Damian Lillard will answer a bunch of fan questions on Twitter. Recently, he had one of those days and said that he believes Kobe Bryant would win if he played LeBron James in a game of one-on-one.

But then, as fans discussed that response from Lillard in Lillard’s mentions, a user made the remark, “LeBron is 3-5 in the Finals.” The Trail Blazers guard did not appreciate that, so he called it out.

Lillard’s message was short and sweet.

True, a lot of people, including Lillard.

Lillard has also made a lot of other interesting comments on Twitter, such as:

  • He said he’d want to play for the Jazz or the Lakers if he had to leave the Trail Blazers.
  • He said Paul George is one of the free agents he’d want the Blazers to get this summer (but George isn’t a free agent).
  • He said he wants to stay in Portland, even if it means he’ll never win a ring.
